Situated in a quaint locality in Siolim, North Goa, few steps away from St. Anthony’s Church and the Anjuna river flowing just a few metres behind the villa.

With the typical Goan vibe, from vintage aesthetics and antiques that adorn our place, to hearing the Church bells in the morning to enjoying an evening with barbecue & wine, it gets no better as you come over and spend quality time with comfort at our place.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms. Two bedrooms have attached washrooms while the third one has common access to the other two bedroomsEach of them have a queen size double bed set for a comforting experienceEach bedroom is fit with an almirah and a split ACA safe locker is provided in the house to keep valuablesWashrooms have geysers, towels & basic toiletriesOne washroom is fit with a bath tubCommon Area

Food

Breakfast is complimentaryFor lunch and dinner, the kitchen may be used by the guests at no extra costIf the guests wish to get their lunch and dinner prepared by our caretaker, Rs.400 per meal shall be applicable for the entire group. The groceries shall be procured by the guests at their own costBarbeque

We have a barbeque grill setup perfect for a group to spend time at the outdoors in the evening. The setup may be done at the bar cum grill corner present in the outdoors. The grill setup charges are Rs.1,000 for the group while the raw materials would be at the guests’ cost. The caretakers’ services may be availed for marination & setting up the grill.

WiFi

We have a 100 mbps Wifi broadband connection ideal for those who wish to work remotely. The primary router is fit in the living area with a repeater on the top floor for extended access.

Parking

While there is space for one car to be parked inside the premises, there is an open parking right opposite the house where one may also park their vehicles

Pet Friendly

We are a pet friendly property. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the guests to take care of their pets and abide by our guidelines for pets (attached below)

CHECK-IN GUIDELINES

The entire payment shall be paid in advance to confirm your bookingFor any partial payments made, the balance payment shall be made at the time of check-inAll the guests need to share valid ID proof with address (Aadhaar, Drivers’ License, Passport or Voter ID)All foreign nationals must share a copy of their passport & visa before arrivalA refundable security deposit of Rs.7,500/- shall be collected at the time of check-in.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. One may smoke in the balcony or in the patioLoud music is not allowed post 10 PMFootwear is not allowed inside the villaPossession & use of narcotics and drugs is strictly prohibited.
